PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR

Abstract

Financial Performance and Good Corporate Govwernance  have received a lot  of recognition as a measure of prediction of share price. While the measure has been widely used for the purpose of business in all over the  world, many  research studies have appeared to examine variety of issues related to Financial Performance and Good Corporate Governance in manufacturing sector. The object of this research is conducted at Manufacturing Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on Annual Financial Reports. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of \Financial Performance and Good Corporate Governance to the Stock Price on the company’s Manufacturing. The unit of analysis in this study is the Annual Financial Report manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during the three years for the period 2015-2017. This study of the 52’s Annual Report as a sample with multiple regression analysis as a technique of data analysis. The results of this study finds that the Good Corporate Governance has a significant partial effect on the stock price while the Financial Performance such as Return on Equity and Economic Value Added has no significant effect on the stock price. While the F- test result show that Financial Performance such as Return on Equity, and Economic Value Added have significant effect simultaneously to the Stock Price.
