STRATEGI PENDANAAN PROYEK PABRIK KELAPA SAWIT PT XY

Abstract

This study aims to determine management policy in determining capital structure that minimizes capital costs at PT XY's Palm Oil Mill.  Determination of capital structure is a long-term policy that is very influential on the sustainability of the company's life. This research used analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method with cost of capital and cost of debt approach. The results obtained accordance company's internal and external conditions, minimum capital structure  are 50% of equity and 50% of bank  debt with value cost of equity 10,76% and  9,30% cost of debt.
