Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosioanal , Konflik Kerja, Stres Kerja , dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk (study kasus kantor pusat)
Abstract
This study attempts to examine the effects of emotional intelligence, work conflicts, job stress, and job satisfaction within organizational commitment. This research use simple random sampling method and data used in this research is primary data in the form of questionnaire. The study population amounted to 200 people. While the sample research using saturated samples where the population will be sampled. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with AMOS software. The result of this research shows that the relationship between the variables has significant effect and the Goodness of Fit.
