FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL YANG MEMPENGARUHI PROFITABILITAS PERBANKAN SYARIAH DALAM JANGKA PENDEK DAN JANGKA PANJANG

Abstract

This study aimed to verify the impact of Factor Internal and External on Sharia Bank Profitability in Indonesia. This study involved sample of the sharia banking industry in Indonesia which are bank operating throughout the study period and the bank that issued the financial statements during the first quarter of 2008 until the fourth quarter of 2014. The analysis technique used in this study is applying the error correction models. The results showed only variables financing and interest rate which affects the profitability of Sharia banks in Indonesia. Using the Dickey-Fuller and Augmented Dickey-Fuller test, it is proven that there exist a dynamic relationship (long term cointegration) between money supply, financing, non performing financing, interest rate, and inflation.
